We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept membership or investment applications from individuals who either reside outside Japan or are not sufficiently proficient in Japanese to fully understand our membership terms and conditions.
This is due to the difficulty in ensuring the same level of tax withholding compliance as we do with domestic residents, as well as the importance of understanding all contractual details accurately.
